T-Girder Formwork
Unlike conventional mechanical stripping and closing systems, the hydraulic T-girder formwork suits automated flow-line precasting: correctly positioned hydraulic cylinders make stripping and closing faster and easier, reducing labor and equipment demand. Greater stiffness reduces the number of manually adjusted supports; side and soffit forms are joined by quick clamps; and horizontal hydraulic stripping accommodates a wider range of diaphragm arrangements. The railway T-girder system adds soffit, side and end forms, the side forms segmented by span: four sections at 32.6 m, three at 24.6 m, two at 20.6 m and two at 16.5 m.
