PPVC Prefabricated Housing Modular Moulds
Steel moulds for PPVC units — Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction, in which a building is split into three-dimensional room modules and each module is cast, plumbed and finished in the factory before being lifted into place on site. The mould is a stiffened steel box form: a ribbed base, bolted side panels and a top frame. The concrete body, embedded conduits and interior finishes are produced in one pass, and the side forms strip clear of the module, so dimensional accuracy stays repeatable from unit to unit. Used for high-rise residential, apartments, hotels and camp dormitories.
