Railway Track Panel Assembly Tooling
A rail-mounted line for assembling railway track panels. A steel beam spans the panel line, running on rails laid alongside the row of pre-cast concrete sleepers, with floor-mounted posts supporting it at intervals; numbered working units — Nos. 2 and 4 are marked on the machine — travel with the beam over the sleepers as the panel is built up. Each unit sits on its own vertical post and roller base, so it can be set along the beam and across the line independently. The machine frame carries the Huanyu mark. Span, number of heads and working cycle are to be confirmed with the client.
