Segmental Girder Formwork
Short-line matching precasting for segmental girders. Each pedestal carries a fixed end form, side forms on screw-adjustable hinged brackets, and two soffit sets — one for the match-cast segment, one for the segment being cast — moved out by trolley and back in by gantry crane. The inner form is a set of small panels on a sliding beam, extended and opened hydraulically, so girders of varying length, section and curvature can all be cast; three-axis adjustment holds ±1 mm and takes about an hour.
