Utility Tunnel and Culvert Formwork
Steel formwork for utility tunnels and precast culverts. The cast-in-situ system follows tunnel-trolley practice, with outer panels hung from twin portal frames and slid into place; in straight runs it works without tie rods, which improves waterproofing. The precast culvert line combines one outer form, one inner form, several end forms and multiple soffit forms with quick connectors, hydraulic control and self-propelled trolleys, completing a unit in under 24 hours.
