Wind-Power Precast Component Formwork
Steel formwork for the precast concrete components of wind-power projects: turbine foundations, tower segments and box-transformer foundations. The sets are built from national-standard high-strength steel plate in a modular steel structure, stiff enough to resist the lateral pressure of large-volume pours and to hold component dimensions and surface finish. Panels are bolted in modules and released section by section, so a set is assembled and stripped on site and turned over for repeated cycles. Sections follow the project — circular and octagonal sets are shown in the four photographs — for onshore wind farms on plain or mountainous terrain.
