  • The side forms adopt a stationarystructure (the end forms cover the side forms). The side forms are sectioned. For example, a span of 32.6m is divided into 4 sections, a span of 24.6m is divided into 3 sections, and a span of 24.6m is divided into 3 sections.

  • The support methods of the side forms
    The side forms are equipped with diagonal braces for form removal, form installation, and form adjustment. There are two regularly applied methods, one is supported to the ground, and the ground needs to be set with pre-embedded ear seats in advance; the other one is supported to the rids of the bottom form, then the transverse width of the bottom form is large, which has a certain impact on the dry form removal space.
